Itinerary – 3 Days 2 Nights

Day 1 – Ha Long Bay • Lan Ha Bay • Dark & Bright Cave

• 12:00 – 14:00 – Transfer from Tuan Chau International Port to Venus Cruises by tender/canoe.
  Upon boarding, our Cruise Manager will give a short introduction about safety regulations and the itinerary. Lunch will be served while the cruise sails deeper into the beautiful Lan Ha Bay. Room keys will be handed to guests before, during, or after lunch.

• 14:00 – 15:00 – Cabin check-in and relaxation time.

• 15:00 – 16:30 – The cruise anchors at the Dark & Bright Cave area. Guests explore the cave by rowing bamboo boat, surrounded by tranquil scenery.

•  17:00 to 18:30 – Enjoy a variety of activities: Swimming around the cruise, sunset party with snacks, fruits, and tea on the sundeck, Vietnamese Cooking Demonstration. (Happy Hour: savor your favorite drinks at special promotion prices while watching the sunset over the bay).

• 19:00 to 20:30 – Dinner is served with either a set menu or buffet, offering a delightful culinary experience.

• 20:30 – Free evening. Guests may relax at the spa, try squid fishing, read a book, or simply lie under the starry sky with friends.

Day 2 – Lan Ha Bay • Viet Hai Village

• 05:30 to 06:00 – Greet the first light of the day on the sundeck. Warm up with a Tai Chi session or enjoy a quiet morning in your cabin.

• 06:45 to 07:30 – Light breakfast with pastries, tea, coffee, and fresh juices.

• 07:45 to 15:30 – Depart on a day boat to explore Viet Hai Village.
  Discover this century-old village by cycling or electric cart. Immerse yourself in the peaceful countryside, enjoy fish massage, and chat with friendly local people. A local lunch will be served during the day trip.

• 15:30 – Day end, return to the main cruise and enjoy leisure time or join optional activities similar to Day 1.

Day 3 – Tra Bau • Lan Ha Bay • Ha Long

• 05:30 to 06:00 – Start your morning with Tai Chi on the sundeck or enjoy the peaceful atmosphere in your room.

• 06:15 to 06:45 – Light breakfast with pastries, tea, coffee, and juices.

• 07:00 to 07:45 – Kayaking around the cruise area to enjoy the calm morning of Lan Ha Bay.

• 09:00 to 10:30 – Prepare for check-out and enjoy brunch served from 9:30 to 10:30.

• 10:30 – End of trip. Disembark and transfer back to the pier, where your shuttle bus awaits to take you to the next destination.

Age range	Policy
Under 5 years old	Free when sharing bed with parents (no extra bed). Extra bed surcharge: VND 750,000/bed. Max 1 free child per cabin; the second child charged 50% of adult rate.
From 5 to under 11 years old.	Sharing bed with parents: 50% of adult rate. With extra bed: 75% of adult rate.
From 11 years old stay in a cabin.	Charged as adult (adult rate in a single cabin ).
Child from 5 years old and 1 adult.	Charged as 2 adults.

Cancellation policy

• Free cancellation up to 3 days before check-in (100% refund).
• Cancellation within 3 days before check-in: 100% of the total fee will be charged.

Shared limousine bus

• Price: VND 900,000/seat/round trip & VND 500,000/seat/one way.
• Pick-up/drop-off: Hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter area.
• Pick-up time: 08:00 – 08:30, depending on hotel location.
• Note: Children under 5 years old are free if sharing a seat with parents. If a separate seat is required, the charge is the same as an adult.
