Cancellation & Refund Policy

(For All Services: Cruises, Tours, & Tailor-made Journeys)
Due to the varying terms set by our extensive network of service providers, the specific cancellation and refund conditions for your booking are determined by the respective Cruise Operator, Tour Provider, or Yacht Owner.
Where to Find Specific Terms: The applicable cancellation fee schedule, refund deadlines, and policies will be explicitly detailed in the “Cancellation policy” section of your specific product page and will be clearly stated on your Final Booking Invoice.
 
Our Role: Sundream Luxury acts as a booking agent and must strictly adhere to the policies provided by the underlying service operator.
 

Refund Processing and Transaction Costs

When a refund is processed, the client (you) will be responsible for all transaction costs incurred during the refund process.
 
Refund Amount: The final amount refunded to the client will be the eligible amount (Total Paid minus Cancellation Fee) minus any payment gateway fees, bank transfer fees, or intermediary bank charges associated with the refund transaction.
 
Timeframe: All eligible refunds will typically be processed within 3 to 7 business days after the official cancellation confirmation date.
